PadosanBhola is a simple minded young man who has taken a vow to marry when he is of the right age according to the Shashtras. Things seem to go according to plan, as he meets Bindu and falls head-over-heels in love with her. She moves in next door, but excitement soon turns into despair, as Bhola learns that Bindu has already given her heart to Master Pillai. Bhola’s acting troupe friends Vidyapathi and Banarasi, assist Bhola in tricking Bindu into being attracted to him. When Bhola’s lies are exposed, Bindu resumes her initial plans to marry Master Pillai.
