Boman is only 45 years old but he will soon be playing a 90 year-old man in Kunal Vjaykar’s directorial debut Fruit And Nut. An Indian Films production, Fruit And Nut co-stars Cyrus Broacha and Dia Mirza.
“I play a 90- year-old, whimsical man who fancies himself as the king of Mumbai. Kunal has designed all the costumes for the film. It takes me two hours to do the make-up. Removing the make-up is more painful and tedious,” says Irani
Fruit And Nut is a fun film with a comic take on the trivialities of life. Sounds like it from the title, nah? We look forward to seeing how this film turns out for both Vijaykar and Irani.
