Rakesh Roshan and some of his friends went to a screening of Ashutosh Gowariker’s Jodhaa Akbar on Friday and they came away breathless. Roshan was completely overwhelmed by the film and his son Hrithik’s performance in it.
He realized that he has never managed to evoke such a powerful performance from Hrithik in any of his films. Everyone that has seen it is predicting that it will be the top grosser of the year with Hrithik walking away with all the awards. Will his leading lady Aishwarya Rai Bachchan come away with awards as well?
We’ll see after its release this Friday, the 15th of February.

Last seen mesmerized audiences together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas, Rai doesn’t fear competition from Dixit. Rather, she says Dixit is a very talented actress and dancer and she would like to work with her again if the opportunity comes along.
“We shared a very good rapport at the time of working in Devdas and were very comfortable with each other. I want to wish her success.” said the former Miss World.
